Some of the items below are alreadyincluded in the 25 things about me. I just want to introduce myself againand share things about me.

1)        I'm shy. Yes, you read it right. I am shy and timid when I am in an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar people. Other people think that I am a snob because I will not initiate a conversation. But that is just because I am shy. But when you get to know me, you will know that I am SUPER talkative. Ican talk non-stop.

2)         I do not have sense of direction. I think that GPS navigator is a very good invention. I just hope we can use it even inside establishments or offices. hehehe :)

3)        I do not know or better yet, I am afraid to ride mass transportation in the Philippines. Of course this is also related to my item 2.

4)        I hate waiting and doing nothing. This is the reason that in my dull moments, I write in this blog.

5)        I tend to be "OC" in some things, such as that I am bothered if I see a person's belt not properly worn or there was a belt slot that was skipped. I also have a particular orientation for the tissue roll in the dispenser. If it's not in the orientation that I like, I feel the need to fix it.

Here's another recipe of my lovey hubby Gerard. I’m so sorry but we don't have the exact measurements of the ingredients. What you need: Cream Dory fish or any white fish fillet Salt Pepper Magic Sarap Dried basil leaves Flour Lemon juice or calamansi juice Butter Olive Oil Fresh parsley for garnishing What to do:   Make sure your fish fillet is thawed (if using frozen) and the skin surface is dry. You can use a paper towel to dab the fish. Season fish with salt, pepper, magic sarap and dried basil. Note: we used freshly cracked sea salt* and pepper because we think that it gives more flavor. But I guess, normal salt and pepper will do. Magic sarap and dried basil will give an extra flavor and a hint of herb taste. Then brush the seasoned fish with flour. Wee Nam Kee -- a taste of Singaporean Cuisine

My brother in-law would like his dad to have a taste of authentic Singaporean food… and of course the first thing that comes to our mind when we talk about Singaporean Food is no other than “Hainanese Chicken Rice”… Though Hainanese Chicken Rice originated from Hainan, China, it has now also found its home in Singapore as their national dish due to immigration. It is also known as Singaporean Chicken Rice it is served either steamed or roasted. Fortunately, we now have Wee Nam Kee restaurant here in the Philippines. They actually opened late last year and I have read several blogs about it. Wee Nam Kee has made its name originally in Singapore as a top contender for serving the best Hainanese chicken rice alongside Boon Tong Kee and Tian Tian. As I have read in one of the blogs, all their ingredients are sourced locally.  Their secret is that the chickens are freshly delivered everyday from 3 small farm suppliers that alternate delivery. 12.12 : Our forever princess birthday

     Today is 12.12 and this is not just a special day as a lot are on sale in Lazada and Shopee… but because this is the day our princess was born 12 years ago. Giulia is truly an answered prayer, indeed one of God’s greatest gift to our family.       As Giulia grows older, I notice that she is growing to be like me, but definitely a better version. She is smart, witty and funny- actually a natural comedienne. She is a very confident and not self conscious. She is a friend to everyone. She is also very caring,  sweet and thoughtful. She is not selfish as she always thinks about what her brother likes.       I am so grateful that Giulia is like my best friend. I ask her for her fashion advice, on what looks good on me or not. She is better in color combination as I only know blue, black or white. She is also our go-to with techy stuff and socmed apps.
