To crave or not to crave: Crave Burger

Gerard and I love burgers. We are always excited if there are new burger joints.

Last Sunday, we went to Crave Burger, at BF Paranaque. They are still on dry run but of course, it did not stop us from trying their burgers as they claim 100% pure beef! J

The menu is simple since aside from chicken wings and the usual accompaniments like onion rings and fries, they only serve burgers. You just have a choice whether you want your burger to have single or double patty. You can also choose from different add-ons such as american cheese, bleu cheese, maple bacon etc. But unlike Brother’s burger or Army Navy, they offer combo meals which comes with the burger, fries and drink (red iced tea or blue lemonade).

Of course, we opted for the combo meal to make our meal complete. The burger patty is huge! It’s not that dry nor oily. The burger bun though was ordinary. It was just reheated in an oven toaster so it was served, soft and warm. They call their fries skinny, so I thought that their fries will be similar to the ones at Army Navy. Instead, that fries still had the skin on, that’s why it was called “skinny”. The red iced tea was okay, but I suggest you order the 16 oz or you’ll end up thirsty.

The place is a bit cramped. The seating capacity inside the restaurant is only good 12-14 persons while 8 persons can sit outside. They have good music so the ambiance is cozy, relaxed and laid back. They also have an LCD TV but unfortunately, it was not open when we were there. Also, they have WIFI but you can just get their password if you have ordered a minimum of Php 250.

The parking outside is also just good for 3 cars so too bad if you are planning to go there in a big group.

Since this restaurant is still on its dry run… allow me to have suggestions for improvement:

1)    Offer kid’s meal or burger jr. for people with small appetite.
2)    Add more items on their menu such as chicken burger or fish and chips to expand their customer base
3)    Make their wi-fi free for all, no more minimum orders.

Lastly, I did not notice if they have a restroom or not, but I guess, it’s a must in any establishment.

So, to crave or not to crave? I must say yes, we would definitely go back. It is worth a second try. J
