A letter to Daddy

Hi Daddy,

It has been 1 year and 8 months...though I know you can see me and you continually guide me... I want toupdate you in the latest events of my life:

Banny's Angels
Giulia is now 6 months old. She can now roll over, and roll over, and roll over on her right side. She also hasa new habit of sucking her toes. She seems to talk german because when she is mad, she will really tell you she is mad. Sometimes it's hard to pacify her and cries really loud. But over-all, she is a happy baby. When she wakes up in the morning, she will smile at you immediately. She sometimes laugh and giggle. She also sings during mass. She is so adorable.

She sometimes acts like you. Some peoplesay that she looks like you. She has some mannerisms similar to yours.Unfortunately, she also snores. But that is okay, we find it so cute.

Sometimes I wish that you are still with us so that you can carry and hug her too. I sometimes wish and hope that she had the chance to know you. Anyway, I will just tell her stories about you and show your picture. After all she might just continue to growup like a mini-you.

Also, I transferred to a new company.I am sure that if you are still here, you will be happy and very much interestedwith the industry I am in now. I am still new and still adjusting.

Anyway, I also want to tell you how much I miss you... of course there are still moments that I feel sad knowing that you are not here anymore. I guess that is just normal.

I hope you are having fun there in heaven.

See you again someday.

Here's another recipe of my lovey hubby Gerard. I’m so sorry but we don't have the exact measurements of the ingredients. What you need: Cream Dory fish or any white fish fillet Salt Pepper Magic Sarap Dried basil leaves Flour Lemon juice or calamansi juice Butter Olive Oil Fresh parsley for garnishing What to do:   Make sure your fish fillet is thawed (if using frozen) and the skin surface is dry. You can use a paper towel to dab the fish. Season fish with salt, pepper, magic sarap and dried basil. Note: we used freshly cracked sea salt* and pepper because we think that it gives more flavor. But I guess, normal salt and pepper will do. Magic sarap and dried basil will give an extra flavor and a hint of herb taste. Then brush the seasoned fish with flour. Wee Nam Kee -- a taste of Singaporean Cuisine

My brother in-law would like his dad to have a taste of authentic Singaporean food… and of course the first thing that comes to our mind when we talk about Singaporean Food is no other than “Hainanese Chicken Rice”… Though Hainanese Chicken Rice originated from Hainan, China, it has now also found its home in Singapore as their national dish due to immigration. It is also known as Singaporean Chicken Rice it is served either steamed or roasted. Fortunately, we now have Wee Nam Kee restaurant here in the Philippines. They actually opened late last year and I have read several blogs about it. Wee Nam Kee has made its name originally in Singapore as a top contender for serving the best Hainanese chicken rice alongside Boon Tong Kee and Tian Tian. As I have read in one of the blogs, all their ingredients are sourced locally.  Their secret is that the chickens are freshly delivered everyday from 3 small farm suppliers that alternate delivery. This is one of the toastmaster speech I delivered a few days before Valentine's day last year. ========== Good afternoon.   February 14 is a red-letter day for many people. This is the day most people look forward to, especially for the lovers.   But for me, this is just an ordinary day, nothing special,   for I   do not believe in celebrating Valentine’s Day. In fact,   I feel awkward to stand in front of you   to deliver a valentine’s speech.   Yes, you guess it right – I am the   scrooge of Valentines.   But before you raise your eyebrows and give me a piercing look, allow me to state my reasons … First, for me, the origins of Valentines day is not clear. The holiday appears to be   named after two      early Christian martyrs named Valentine of Rome and Valentine of Terni.
