Glee Season 2


Glee Season 2 is now on!!!

Okay, I must confess.. I have never watched a single episode of Glee Season 1. My friends actually gave me a copy of the first few episodes but I was not able to watch it. Or better yet, I did not find the time to even have a look on that show. Glee for me is just one of those musical shows which I am not a fan…

But now that Glee is on its second season with a new character played by a Filipina… I watched the first episode last night. Though I am not actually a fan of Charice, I'm happy that she has overcome the barriers and achieved something for herself. She was able to conquer the international arena… which makes most of us, Filipinos proud of her.

Anyway eventhough I am not a fan of Glee, I somewhat enjoyed the show last night. I love their rendition of empire state of mind, billionaire and telephone.

I am looking forward to more Glee episodes and hopefully, next time, I can actually say that I’m an official fan. J

Here's another recipe of my lovey hubby Gerard. I’m so sorry but we don't have the exact measurements of the ingredients. What you need: Cream Dory fish or any white fish fillet Salt Pepper Magic Sarap Dried basil leaves Flour Lemon juice or calamansi juice Butter Olive Oil Fresh parsley for garnishing What to do:   Make sure your fish fillet is thawed (if using frozen) and the skin surface is dry. You can use a paper towel to dab the fish. Season fish with salt, pepper, magic sarap and dried basil. Note: we used freshly cracked sea salt* and pepper because we think that it gives more flavor. But I guess, normal salt and pepper will do. Magic sarap and dried basil will give an extra flavor and a hint of herb taste. Then brush the seasoned fish with flour.      Today is 12.12 and this is not just a special day as a lot are on sale in Lazada and Shopee… but because this is the day our princess was born 12 years ago. Giulia is truly an answered prayer, indeed one of God’s greatest gift to our family.       As Giulia grows older, I notice that she is growing to be like me, but definitely a better version. She is smart, witty and funny- actually a natural comedienne. She is a very confident and not self conscious. She is a friend to everyone. She is also very caring,  sweet and thoughtful. She is not selfish as she always thinks about what her brother likes.       I am so grateful that Giulia is like my best friend. I ask her for her fashion advice, on what looks good on me or not.
