A Trip to Salcedo Market
I have heard a lot of good things about the Salcedo Market. It was only last April 9 that we had the chance to visit and see what Salcedo Market offers... From my research in the internet, Salcedo Market started in 2004 with a few stalls but later on grew to become an exciting destination for budding cosmopolitan culinary adventurers. It is located in the confines of Jaime C. Velasquez Park sandwiched between the streets of Leviste and Tordesillas in Salcedo Village, Makati City. It is open only on Saturdays from 7 am to 2 PM. We heard that there is a similar market opened in Legaspi Village every Sunday. Anyway, it’s a nice place for anyone interested in food. If you like cooking things, there are a variety of fresh produce available and almost all the produce are organic. Note: Picture just taken from internet.
